If you guys are looking for a unique chocolate dessert that will impress every time, then I suggest trying a chocolate souffle. They can sometimes be a challenge to bake correctly so I would practice before making some for a party. They are a light and fluffy cake that rises at the end of the baking process. If not eaten within a few minutes, they will deflate. If you sprinkle them with a little powdered sugar, they are even better! Check out this page for some of the best chocolate souffle recipes that the web has to offer. Hope you like them.

The lenses with the most nominations will win. I need your help. The charity I chose is the Diabetes Research Foundation.
