Mint Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

If you love mint chocolate then this cupcake is for you. This is my own personal recipe for Mint Chocolate Chip Cupcakes. It features a chocolate cake with mint green frosting topped off with mini chocolate chips. I hope you love it as much as my kids do!

I Love Peppermint!

One of my favorite candies growing up was the Peppermint Patty. I would look for it every time we were in the check out lane at the grocery store.
