If you guys are looking for a unique chocolate dessert that will impress every time, then I suggest trying a chocolate souffle. They can sometimes be a challenge to bake correctly so I would practice before making some for a party. They are a light and fluffy cake that rises at the end of the baking process. If not eaten within a few minutes, they will deflate. If you sprinkle them with a little powdered sugar, they are even better! Check out this page for some of the best chocolate souffle recipes that the web has to offer. Hope you like them.

If you are anywhere near the Twilight fanatic as I am, you will appreciate these Fire and Ice Cupcakes. Team Jacob has Chocolate Mud Melt Cupcakes. With Jacob's hotter than normal body temperature, it makes sense to have a cupcake that features a warm, gooey center and these fire cupcakes hit the spot perfectly.
Team Edward has their own delicious delight. These Chocolate Ice-Cream Cupcakes may be cold, but they will certainly hit the spot. With an ice cream center and a hard, chocolate shell topping, these ice cupcakes are irresistible.
So take a side and get baking. Whose team are you on?

One of the things that get pushed to the back burner during grilling season is desserts. I have recently discovered a fun and fulfilling treat that won't completely ruin your diet. Grilled pound cake can be made from scratch or bought already baked. All you have to do is brush on a little melted butter and throw it on the grill for a couple of minutes. After that, you can decorate it with fruit, whipped cream, or eat it plain. This page on Squidoo lays out some great grilled pound cake toppings and even gives you a basic pound cake recipe. Remember grilled pound cake at your next barbecue; I know your guests will.

We are both trying to fight Diabetes.
Squidoo.com is sponsoring a contest to raise money for charity. Each lensmaster makes a lens and donates 100% of the profits to charity. Then it is up to the lensmaster to share the lens and ask others to nominate it for the Squidoo Sunshine Award. Squidoo will choose 60 charities to receive a cash donation. The lenses with the most nominations will win. I need your help. The charity I chose is the Diabetes Research Foundation. If you would like to nominate my lens on Sugar Free Cupcake Recipes, email the url of the lens (http://www.squidoo.com/sugar-free-cupcakes) to email@example.com. Pineapple Upside Down Cake is a favorite here in the south. I decided that there had to be a way to make it in bite size form. I came up with this pineapple upside down cupcake recipe and had to share it. It's super easy and it's a lot healthier than most cupcake recipes. Enjoy!

I am a huge fan of brownies. They quench my chocolate cravings and are substantially more filling than most chocolate desserts. This brownie recipe by lensmaster Pukeko, is one of the simplest yet tastiest I have come across in a long time. Are brownies a perfect dessert all by themselves or do they need the support of ice cream and hot fudge? Join the debate here.
