These aren't your everyday meatballs. These Chocolate Meatballs are an authentic Italian treat from lensmaster Windygig. When the ingredients include sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon, my interest piques. Optional ingredients include chocolate chips and nuts. Serve these up with a cup of hot tea and you have got a great evening treat. Could they get any better?
Head on over to Squidoo to check out this recipe and many others.

Bring the beach into your summer party with a Sandy Beach Cake. This unique cake by Kylyssa is adorable. It looks like someone scooped up the beach on a platter and brought it home. The fondant seashells are easy to make and all instruction are right on the lens. This cake is perfect for summer cookouts or beach themed birthday parties. Sand never looked so tasty!

Have you ever had a dessert crepe? They are absolutely delicious and fairly simple to make. Once you master the art of flipping a crepe, filling it is easy. My favorite crepe is filled with strawberries, chocolate fudge sauce, and covered in powdered sugar. They make great Valentine's Day desserts and are perfect for dinner parties. If you are looking for something truly unique, give a crepe a try.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake is a favorite here in the south. I decided that there had to be a way to make it in bite size form. I came up with this pineapple upside down cupcake recipe and had to share it. It's super easy and it's a lot healthier than most cupcake recipes. Enjoy!

Today I discovered something wonderful...Chocolate Cocktails! Whoever thought of combining chocolate and alcohol is a genius. The recipe for Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martinis looks scrumptious and I am dying to try the Chocolate Mint Martini. I wanted to send out a special 'Thank You' to Louanne for sharing this lens with me.

I am a huge fan of brownies. They quench my chocolate cravings and are substantially more filling than most chocolate desserts. This brownie recipe by lensmaster Pukeko, is one of the simplest yet tastiest I have come across in a long time. Are brownies a perfect dessert all by themselves or do they need the support of ice cream and hot fudge? Join the debate here.
