Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

Pineapple Upside Down Cake is a favorite here in the south. I decided that there had to be a way to make it in bite size form. I came up with this pineapple upside down cupcake recipe and had to share it. It's super easy and it's a lot healthier than most cupcake recipes. Enjoy!

World's Best Brownies

I am a huge fan of brownies. They quench my chocolate cravings and are substantially more filling than most chocolate desserts. This brownie recipe by lensmaster Pukeko, is one of the simplest yet tastiest I have come across in a long time. Are brownies a perfect dessert all by themselves or do they need the support of ice cream and hot fudge? Join the debate here.
