Twilight Eclipse Fire and Ice Cupcakes

If you are anywhere near the Twilight fanatic as I am, you will appreciate these Fire and Ice Cupcakes. Team Jacob has Chocolate Mud Melt Cupcakes. With Jacob's hotter than normal body temperature, it makes sense to have a cupcake that features a warm, gooey center and these fire cupcakes hit the spot perfectly.

Team Edward has their own delicious delight. These Chocolate Ice-Cream Cupcakes may be cold, but they will certainly hit the spot. With an ice cream center and a hard, chocolate shell topping, these ice cupcakes are irresistible.

So take a side and get baking. Whose team are you on?

Grilled Pound Cake

One of the things that get pushed to the back burner during grilling season is desserts. I have recently discovered a fun and fulfilling treat that won't completely ruin your diet. Grilled pound cake can be made from scratch or bought already baked. All you have to do is brush on a little melted butter and throw it on the grill for a couple of minutes. After that, you can decorate it with fruit, whipped cream, or eat it plain. This page on Squidoo lays out some great grilled pound cake toppings and even gives you a basic pound cake recipe. Remember grilled pound cake at your next barbecue; I know your guests will.
